Consequently, the CBSE Board conducted CTET in January 2023. This examination serves as a qualifying and eligibility examination for recruiting teachers throughout India. Second, the validity of this certificate lasts for one year and helps to apply for positions in teacher recruitment. This examination consists of two parts, Paper I, and Paper II. Paper 1 is intended for students in Junior Classes, whereas Paper 2 is for students in Senior Classes or above.

Applicants who pass the eligibility exam can participate in document verification. The students get a merit list based on their exam scores and the paper verification. Students who make it to the CTET Merit List 2023 will be offered posts according to their ranks in the competition. The students selected for the teaching position will have their names on the merit list.

CTET Cut Off Marks 2023

The CBSE announces the minimum qualifying score for the CTET in an official notification. A score of at least 60 percent on the CTET is required of students from the general or unreserved category to be eligible for the exam.

For students to get their CTET eligibility certificate, they must achieve 90 points out of a potential 150. Students who belong to other restricted groups can get some relaxation regarding the cut-off depending on the reservation restrictions set by the respective schools.
