Selection process Assistant Manager National Bank for Agricultural & Rural Development
The selection process for the recruitment of 170 positions of Assistant Manager in the NABARD is quite elaborate. There are mainly three steps that the succeeding candidates have to go through while the selection procedure for the government position:
- Preliminary Round: This round is the 1st gateway towards the Grade A post of A. Manager. This exam demands Reasoning, Language, Computer, Decision Making & Quantitative skills from the candidates. The qualified students will be notified by the means of a merit list by the end of September 2022.
- Mains Exam Round: After clearing the prelims, the applicants will be exposed to the descriptive exam called Mains Exam. In this round candidates will give computer-based typing exams for the subjects English, ARD and ESI & Specialization subjects.
- Interview: Finally, the talented lot of applicants who are able to survive both the Prelims and Mains would be called in for an interview round for checking the personality and attentiveness of the candidates. The candidates found assertive enough by the authorities will be handed appointment letters after intimating them on the NABARD website.
