Sahara Refund Portal: Good news is coming for more than ten crores of investors who invested their money in the Sahara Company chit fund. As per the latest order issued by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, the court has directed the SEBI to start the Sahara Refund process which will be done on Sahara Refund Portal at mocrefund.crcs.gov.in.
Acting upon the order of the Supreme Court, the Home Minister of India has initiated the Sahara Refund Portal on 18 July 2023 which can be reached by the investors to apply for Sahara Refund online. Sahara Refund Portal
The Sahara Refund Portal was launched by the Minister of Home Affairs, Amit Shah after the Supreme Court of India gave the verdict of the refund of the money invested by crores of investors. In the name of Sahara Company chit fund, crores of investors were cheated and a scam of 5000 crores was done by the company.
After the investors felt cheated, they went for legal aid to get back the money that they invested. The final verdict made by the Supreme has ordered the SEBI to initiate the process to start refunding the money back to the investors.
In the first round of the refunding process, a total of Rs 10000 will be credited back to the bank accounts of the investors. Investors will need to visit the Sahara Refund Portal and complete all the necessary steps to get the refund.

CRCS Sahara Refund Online Application Form 2023
The CRCS Sahara Refund Online Application form 2023 is available online at mocrefund.crcs.gov.in and an applicant must need to first fill out this application form to get the refund amount. Several details like Aadhar card number, contact number, etc will be required to fill out the CRCS Sahara Refund Online Application form 2023.
The “Central Registrar of Cooperative Societies (CRCS)-Sahara Refund Portal” was unveiled on Tuesday in New Delhi by Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation Amit Shah.
The mode for filling out the application form on Sahara Refund Portal is online and only after filling out this form, an investor will become eligible to receive the refund.
