The Staff Selection Commission conducted the Havildar Tier 1 exam from 2nd May to 19th May 2023. This exam is conducted for the post of multi-tasking staff. The tier 1 exam is the first phase of the SSC MTS examination and its selection process. The exam was conducted online in a Computer-based Test method across the country. It is a national-level exam. ssc.nic.in SSC MTS Expected Cutoff 2023
SSC conducted the Tier 1 examination for the MTS post in May 2023. The selection process for the MTS post involves a Tier 1 examination, a Tier 2 examination, a merit list, document verification, and final selection. Candidates who pass the tier 1 exam will be promoted to the tier 2 phase. The tier 2 exam will also be CBT based. However, it will be a descriptive test. Candidates who will obtain at least 40% will be promoted to the second phase i.e., tier 2. The examination board will also release a merit list of the students who qualify for the tier 2 phase. For qualifying the same (tier 2), again they will need a minimum of 40% scores.
